I understand the rules and request that my account will be made inactive for the period of 90 days. If I do not send another request to re-activate my account within 90 days, I understand that my account and all of the associated data will be permanently and irreversably deleted.

To request the deletion of your account on our website, please follow the steps below:

If you wish to permanently remove your account and erase all associated personal data from our servers, fill in the required information.

Please be aware of the following:
-In accordance with FMCSA's rules only authorized personnel are permitted to create, deactivate, or manage user accounts
-Submitting the form on the following page will result in the deactivation of your account, making it inaccessible for future use.
-Should you decide to reinstate your account within a 90-day period after deactivation, you may do so by sending an email or utilizing the contact form provided above.
-After the 90-day period elapses, account deletion will become permanent and irreversible

Your account deletion request is processing. If the data you submitted is validated you will be asked to confirm the deletion of your account via an email message.
